If you have no Functional Fitness experience, we start you off with four one on one sessions so we can teach you everything you need to know before you join the group classes. This allows you to learn & practice the movements at your own pace with extra guidance.

 
 
 
 

We teach you common movements you will see in the classes and how to perform them safely & efficiently. This includes squat variations, deadlifts, pressing variations, pull-up variations, gymnastics foundations, how to use our cardio machines and the basics of the olympic weightlifting movements!

We also use this as an opportunity to chat about your goals, assess any mobility restrictions and provide a tailored mobility programme if needed. These sessions are tailored to YOUR personal needs & goals. Complete beginner? We will start with the basics! Have some experience? We will meet you where you are at!

We book these sessions in during times that work for you!
