The daily classes are constantly varied, which means that you never get bored. Every workout will be different, yet thoughtfully planned out weekly, monthly and annually to maximise your progress.

Our programme is flexible, meaning that it can be personalised to help you achieve your individual goals, wherever you are at on your journey. Each class offers two programming options that you can move between as needed to tailor the class specifically to your needs, goals & experience.
