You don’t have to be fit or strong to start training with us. Whether you have never tried Functional Fitness before or already have experience, we tailor the start of your journey to you, your needs & goals.

Step 1. Book a Free Trial Class

Come and try out a free trial class on us! Check out our facility, get coached through a class by one of our expert coaches & meet our welcoming community. Or, if you are just starting out with functional fitness training you may prefer to book in a free consult first so we can start by discussing your goals & needs!

 

Step 2. Foundations Course

Depending on your level of experience we start with up to 4 one on one coaching sessions to teach you the movements you will commonly see in classes. This allows you to learn & practice the movements at your own pace with extra guidance so you can join the classes feeling competent & confident! We also use this as an opportunity to chat about your goals and assess your mobility!

Step 3. Choose your membership & join the classes!

If you already have experience, (or once you have completed your foundations sessions) you can choose your membership! We also offer membership add ons if you want to accelerate your progress with us.
