Whether it’s your first time or you’re aiming to beat your previous time, Propolis Fitness Collective offers smart, structured training support to build your engine, test your performance, and guide your prep for race day.
Engine-Building Classes – Included in Membership
Tuesdays 6:30pm (1 hour)
Saturdays 9:30am (1.5 hours)
These classes are designed to help you build serious endurance and functional strength for events like the HYROX race. Expect a mix of running, conditioning, and functional movement patterns that replicate race intensity and flow.
Open to all members – no extra cost.
Race Sim (or Half Sim) + Performance Review
$100 solo | $150 doubles
We’ll assess your pacing, movement efficiency, transitions, and overall strategy — giving you clarity on what’s working and what’s holding you back. You’ll also receive:
✅ A breakdown of your times across each run and station
✅ Movement standards check — are your reps race-legal and efficient?
✅ Coaching on race-day rules and expectations (e.g. no reps, transitions, pacing zones)
✅ Personalised feedback on technique, efficiency, and recovery between efforts
✅ Clear next steps based on your goal (e.g. first finish, PB, podium potential)
