You don’t have to be fit or strong to start training with us. Not only do we start by teaching you the basics, our programme is completely adaptable to all levels and abilities.
Starting something new can be a little scary! We have all been there! Our friendly team make it our mission to make your first visit with us as welcoming and comfortable as possible.
Our path to progress is mechanics > consistency > intensity. We ensure you have the mechanics down consistently before you add the intensity. This keeps you safe, minimises risk of injury, and maximises your progress.
STEP 1. Book Sweat Free Consult
An opportunity for you to see what we do here, meet one of our coaches, chat about your goals and what it is that’s important to you! We will answer any questions you have, introduce you to our method & philosophy, and discuss how we will support you in achieving your goals!
STEP 2. Complete Fundamentals Course | $280
4 x 60 minute one on one Personal Training sessions
For those with little to no functional fitness training experience. The fundamentals course is designed to teach you how to safely and efficiently perform our common movements so you can move well and feel confident before you join the classes. We also use this as an opportunity to identify any movement restrictions and discuss nutrition for optimal health and performance. You can book your sessions at times of your convenience.

Choose a membership option and join the hive! If you have similar training experience you can sign up for a membership during your Sweat Free Consult.
