Our group fitness classes are led by passionate, expert coaches who ensure you are moving well, making progress towards your fitness goals and having fun while doing it!

 
 
 

The power of a group fitness class environment is unparalleled! The support & motivation our members feel from each other within the community is a huge part of what helps keep them accountable and excited to walk into the gym every day!

The daily classes are constantly varied, which means that you never get bored. Every workout will be different, yet thoughtfully planned out weekly, monthly and annually to maximise your progress.

HiveFit

HiveFit are our core Functional Fitness classes. This strength & conditioning programme is completely scalable, meaning that it can be personalised to wherever you are at on your journey, beginner or fitness veteran. We use dumbbells, kettlebells, deadballs, barbells, resistance bands, cardio machines & our own bodyweight. This programme also includes Olympic Weightlifting & Gymnastics - no experience? No problem! You can either choose our lower complexity options or complete our foundations course to learn these movements before joining the group classes.

HiveLift

HiveLift is our Olympic Weightlifting specialty class. We break down our Olympic Weightlifting movements in 4 week blocks. We teach & refine technique and progressively build capacity & competency with heavier loading. Suitable for all levels, from the complete beginner to the more experienced Olympic Weightlifter.

HiveSkills

HiveLift is our Gymnastics specialty class. We break down our more complex gymnastics movements in 4 week blocks. We teach & refine movement patterns and progressively build towards these skills. Suitable for all levels.
